Shibuya Crossing – a wonderful zany thing to see. Even more hectic when it is pouring, though to an umbrella lover like me, even more beautiful.
Tsukiji Fish Market
While in Tokyo earlier this year, I was lucky enough to visit the Tsukiji Fish Market – the biggest wholesale fish and seafood market in the world. And it was packed! We visited on New Year’s Eve so the famous Tuna markets were closed but I still enjoyed pushing my way through the crowds to see all of the produce and witness the crazy queues that the Japanese love to line up in. I was fascinated by the details throughout the market, whether it be the crumbed crabs or the preparing of the scallops.
